I hold the right to share your artwork and process unless prior agreement of confidentiality.

Full payment is required to start the artwork.

Commercial fees varies from use, general price range from 200% to 500% extra of the total value.

Customers will be responsible for any curency exchange fee.

3 FREE EDITS, I will charge $8 extra for each time, and they must be paid prior to any additional edits.

In case the artist makes a mistake and needs to make a correction, it will not affect your available changes.

Delivery date is within the next 1-2 months per purchase order.

Deliver through Gmail or Google Drive of choice. (Please note that the drive link will be deleted after 7 days)

Fast delivery required extra cost - 50% per commision.

ALWAYS give credit to the artist (Ollie Olive/@ohits0llie) whenever the art is used and showcased.

You can adjust color, crop, or insert text to the image.

I reserve the right to upload and display the finished pieces on my social media. If you want to keep it private, please tell me first!

Do not feed to AIs

The artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.

Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission request form.

Refunds are only included if your commission hasn't started after the delivery deadline.

Once the commission has started, there are no refunds; avoid using personal circumstances to request a refund.

Customers will be responsible for 10% in taxes and platform fees if they unilaterally terminate the commision/contract.

The artist communicates constantly with the client, sending screenshots of the commission process and will resolve their doubts if necessary.
